Program implementation discussions include the tactics and methodologies used to improve program success through organizational and resourcing strategies; contracting; business processes; technology integration; and measurement & verification. Interactive and break-out group exercises, plus coaching and commentary from our class mentors, will enable participants to gain hands-on experience with various aspects of the subject matter.
