This interactive class explores the key elements of demand response, including program development subjects such as the market and regulatory environments, business drivers, market potential, program design, and economic analysis.

Program implementation subjects include the tactics and methodologies used to improve program success including discussions of organizational and resourcing strategies, contracting, business processes, technology integration, and measurement & verification. Continuing Education
This class may qualify for AEE continuing education credit and may be accepted for other certifications as well. PLMA can provide supporting documentation upon request.
