Member passes may be used for 2 complimentary online only registrations. PLMA member staff must sign in with an authorized user account to receive member rates or apply a member pass. If you need information on member passes, contact [email protected].

Member Organizations are listed in the Member Directory. If your organization is not a PLMA member, click on register and follow the directions to create a free user profile to receive the non-member rate. Learn more about membership benefits HERE.

Registration includes access to recording of all 18 conference session presentations with audience question-and-answer discussion and virtual sponsor lounge. Attendees who pay the full rate whose organizations are not already PLMA members will receive the incremental registration fee as a membership credit if they join before December 31, 2020.

If you registered for the conference, a confirmation email was sent from “Rich Philip, PLMA” with the Subject of “Welcome and Confirmation to 42nd PLMA Conference Online”  at approximately 12 noon ET on Friday, November 6 with instructions and link to access the 42nd PLMA Conference. Demand Response Fundamentals and Evolution Training, October 28th-29th
This course has ended

Separate registration is required ($195 for members/$395 for nonmembers) (Note: this course is not covered by a member pass). This two-day online course explains how today’s demand response initiatives are evolving to interact with an emerging future with distributed energy resources for peak load management and much more. Cancellation Policy

PLMA always provides full refunds on registration cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand that travel restrictions are uncertain at this time. Do not hesitate to register, if your plans change, we can adjust your registration accordingly without penalty.


Conduct

All attendees or others who interact with attendees must comply with PLMA's Code of Conduct posted at Policies as it may be updated from time-to-time. You are encouraged to review the Code of Conduct in its entirety, and ensure you and your organization are in compliance during PLMA Events. Anti-Harassment Policy: PLMA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, ethnicity, political position, or religion.

Conference Promotion Policy: PLMA recognizes that one of the benefits of a PLMA Event is the interaction among the attendees and the open environment provided. It is the intent of PLMA that participants attending PLMA Events be allowed to fully participate without outside distraction.

Free Time: You are welcome to conduct your own special events or meetings that do not compete with PLMA agenda time.

Photographs

Video recordings, screen shots, and still shots are taken throughout the event and may be posted afterward as conference resources. By completing registration you agreed to have your image captured and all such images may be used for PLMA promotional purposes.
