Session One:  
Embrace Your Strengths with Authentic  Empowerment
November 1, 2023 | 12:30 to 1:30 pm ET (via webinar)
In Session One, we'll identify personal pain points and self-concept to help bring these elements of ourselves to the forefront. We’ll also discuss the "Six Pillars of Authentic Empowerment" and the first steps toward creating a plan for achieving personal goals. 

The second and third sessions of this series will be offered in-person at the 48th PLMA Conference in Charlotte, NC (Nov 6-8, 2023). Please note, you will need to be registered for the conference in order to participate in all four sessions. Everyone is welcome to participate in the virtual sessions even if not able to attend the 48th PLMA Conference.

Session Two:  Create a Vision for your Career (and Life)
Tuesday, November 7, 2023  |   PLMA Networking Breakfast at the 48th PLMA Conference in Charlotte, NC
During Women in DM's "Breakfast Connect" networking meeting, we'll informally recap session one by sharing reflections and learnings, plus we'll gather feedback in preparation for creating a career roadmap. We'll also make use of some "thought starter" questions to help create a vision that aligns with our own life journeys. Please note: you will need to be registered to attend the 48th PLMA Conference in Charlotte, NC to attend this session, which will be offered in an in-person format.

Session Three:  Build Your Career Roadmap & Success Team
Wednesday, November 8, 2023  |   12:15 to 1:15 pm (a Workshop at the 48th PLMA Conference)
This lunch hour workshop will provide a forum to further explore our personal visions and assemble the elements of a 5-year plan and roadmap. We'll identify milestones and discuss the process for identifying a "success team;" the core group of people who can help and support you along the way. Please note: you will need to be registered to attend the 48th PLMA Conference in Charlotte, NC to attend this session, which will be offered in an in-person format.

Session Four:  A Debrief, Q&A, and Next Steps Discussion 
Thursday, December 14, 2023   |  12:30 pm to 1:30 pm ET (via webinar)
Join us for the final session of a four-part series titled, "Embrace Your True Potential," hosted by PLMA's Women in DM Affinity Group. In the first session, we identified personal pain points to help bring these elements of ourselves to the forefront. We also discussed the "Six Pillars of Authentic Empowerment" and the first steps toward creating a long-term plan to achieving personal goals.

 The second and third sessions of this series took place at the 48th PLMA Conference (Nov 6-8, 2023), and included a lunch-time workshop. This final session will bring all of the conversations together, and seek your input on future learning and networking opportunities. Please join us!
