An Introduction to PLMA's Proposed Governance Restructure


To all current PLMA Board Members,

Thank you for reviewing PLMA’s proposed new governance structure included in this mini-website. The goal of this proposal is to modernize PLMA and to position us to most effectively achieve our mission. 

This proposal was developed over the last 12 months by a Task Force of current Board Members and has been vetted by an expert association consultant and by PLMA’s attorneys.

We believe the new governance structure will provide PLMA with the flexibility and nimbleness we need to address evolving challenges and opportunities, and to tap into the wealth of skills and knowledge that exists within our membership.
