	Justin Chamberlain CPS Energy Justin has enjoyed 18 years of service at CPS Energy working in Finance, Operations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Retail Energy and Customer Service. Today, he works in Technology and Products Innovation leading a team focused on helping customers reduce their energy, demand and energy burden through Energy Efficiency, Weatherization and Demand Response, along with portfolio planning, ancillary market services, renewable energy rates and EV strategy.
	Joe Schlusselberg Consolidated Edison Joseph is a Senior Specialist within the Energy Efficiency group at Con Edison. He is currently managing the implementation of the DRMS and overseeing the aggregator participation and operation of the Demand Response programs. He has been with Con Edison in various capacities for 11 years.
	Bruce Brazis Arizona Public Service Professional in the clean energy management field for 15+ years. Recently with Arizona Public Service managing demand response (DR) programs for both residential and commercial customers. Directed the growth of smart thermostat DR program from design to operationalization of 100+ MWs.

The Utility Load Management Exchange's (ULME's) mission is to promote load control as a viable option for utility deployments in demand reduction, economic dispatch, and/or T&D reliability through a forum for utility staff members to share information on program design, marketing, vendor management, benefit-costs and technology deployments.
