BGE is looking for a Principal Energy Acquisition Analyst to join their Energy Acquisition Team.  The successful candidate will:

• Serve as a BGE subject matter expert
• Lead and train other team members on day-to-day responsibilities
• Manage department business processes and systems,
• Identify and implement process and system improvements required for Exelon Utilities to purchase power in the PJM marketplace and deliver energy to retail customers under a restructured retail environment.
• Have management responsibility for the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing performance of daily operational and financial processes.
• Represent the Energy Acquisition Team on cross-functional teams evaluating or implementing strategic initiatives such as the design of new procurement methodologies and credit policies, and evaluation and implementation of wholesale market structure changes.
