Xcel Energy is seeking a vendor to provide marketing, recruitment, and enrollment services to help grow participation in our Minnesota C&I Demand Management (DM) portfolio. This vendor will market to and work with the Company’s business customers to engage, educate and enroll them into existing DM programs best suited to meet their needs. Through marketing, outreach, and recruitment strategies in line with industry best practices adapted to the Company’s Minnesota service territory, the vendor will help Xcel Energy reach portfolio growth goals by identifying customers with realistic DM capacity potential and placing them into appropriate DM programs.
