Responsibilities of the Conference Planning Group:
Any PLMA member may join this Planning Group upon request. If you are not able to participate in the scoring process, you will not be included in the agenda development process that follows. As a member of the Conference Planning Group, you are responsible for:
- Reviewing and scoring conference presentation submissions in a manner consistent with PLMA Policies.
- Following PLMA's Scoring and Recusal Instructions.
- Considering input from past conference attendee evaluations when scoring.
- Supporting conference planning activities.
- Promoting attendance by sharing conference announcements and using social media.

Session Co-Chairs are selected from among those who scored abstracts and/or volunteered. Co-Chairs ensure PLMA delivers valuable ideas and information to our members and attendees. PLMA recognizes that presenting at one of our events requires substantial effort on your part and we thank you in advance for your contribution.

Conference Planning Group: Presentation Scorers Call, July 18, 2024 2:00 - 4:00 pm ET NOTE: Participant access will be given to everyone who scored presentation proposals. 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Review and discuss the aggregated presentation rankings 3:00 - 3:30 pm: Brainstorm potential keynotes and additional topics 3:30 - 4:00 pm: Review timeline and next steps 4:00 pm Adjourn
