Michaels Energy is seeking an experienced industry professional for the Associate Director of Strategy role. As part of the Sales and Marketing department, the Associate Director of Strategy oversees the proposal team while setting the vision and strategy for proposals, stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory dynamics to inform the proposal direction, and identifies and cultivates relationships with strategic partners. The Associate Director of Strategy collaborates with both the sales and marketing team and cross-functionally.
