Job Description
CLEAResult’s Energy Transition practice is driving toward a high efficiency, low carbon economy. The Sr. Practice Manager will be an expert in the energy transition markets of CLEAResult’s East and Canada regions and will use this expertise to inform the evolution of our electrification and distributed energy resource products and services. The primary focus of the Sr. Practice Manager is the growth of CLEAResult’s impact in those regions, achieved through understanding market opportunities and collaborating with regional business development leads to develop a market strategy and deliver on that strategy with well-timed and client-centered solutions.

  • Guide the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to identify trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships in key Energy Transition segments, including utilities, state and local governments, identifying stakeholders and priorities
  • Represent CLEAResult externally as a thought leader, driving impactful relationships
  • Communicated market insights to product and delivery teams to guide the evolution of products and services
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of CLEAResult Energy Transition offerings, with the ability to present and demonstrate capabilities in client meetings and industry conferences
  • Train and collaborate with business development and delivery teams on Energy Transition offerings
  • Provide guidance to marketing campaigns and client proposals, based on market insights and competitive analysis
  • Monitor and report on the Energy Transition opportunity pipeline, meeting regularly with business development leads to groom and prioritize toward achievement of growth goals
