TOU Programs: Best Practices for Design, Implementation, and Customer
Engagement
Thursday
, October 21, 2021 12:30 to 1:30 pm ET
As the U.S. expands its clean energy infrastruc ture, regulators and grid operators are increasingly mandating that utiliti es implement time-of-use (TOU) rate structures that incentivize customer lo ad shifting. While requirements and timelines can vary at the state level, the success of any TOU program hinges on targeted engagement to drive custo mer participation.
This panel brings together representatives from utilities across the country – Consumers Energy, PG&E and SCE – to share best practices and lessons learned throughout their TOU transitions. They will also be joined by GridX, Inc., the provider of the cloud-based t oolkit at the heart of each program to discuss:

The PLMA Retail Pricing Interest Group seeks to examine a vari ety of demand response, energy efficiency, and other system retail pricing rates and programs, independent of any specific technology or solution. It will collect and selectively share summaries, excerpts, and/or full text fr om published, and not-so-public documentation, including utility pilots and program evaluations, plus reports and white papers that cover rates/progra m evaluations, program design concepts, market assessments, savings potenti al, and more.
Staff of PLMA member organizatio

in a topic, please plan to join us! If you are curious about a particular
Interest Group and would like to better understand its focus and work, plea
