E Source's Bill LeBlanc and ID Lab's Jason Turner will address this question in a lively discussion format. Jason brings a wealth of knowledge from both inside and outside the energy industry on how to shift marketing and consumer value propositions toward something customers actually care about. Bill brings his "Voice of Customer" insights as revealed by E Source ethnographic research and design thinking results, along with his Five Program Design Imperatives. We promise this will be a fun, insightful, Powerpoint-free, podcast-like discussion!

About the Connected Devices Interest Group

This Interest Group seeks to examine the costs and benefits of all types of utility-sponsored programs that leverage connected devices to deliver demand response, energy efficiency, or other system benefits. Its mission is to focus on all connected devices beyond thermostats.

Who Should Attend HOT TOPICS?

Staff of PLMA member organizations are welcome to join in any HOT TOPIC conversation. If you are interested in a topic, please plan to join us! If you are curious about a particular Interest Group and would like to better understand its focus and work, please participate. And, if you have colleagues within your organization who you think may find a TOPIC interesting, please invite them to log in too.
