The Customer Engagement Group "Conversation Circle" discussion invite with link to July 2 webcast recording was emailed to all Customer Engagement Group members, plus webcast registrants. The Women in DM Group launched their new "PLMA Mentoring Program for All" (in collaboration with the Member Engagement Strategic Initiative Group), and invite anyone interested in serving as a mentor or mentee, either for the upcoming pilot or for the full program in 2021, to let them know via this 5-minute survey: www.surveymonkey.com/r/P3WH9XNRegistration is also open for the next two HOT TOPICS Conversations to hosted by the Connected Devices Interest Group on July 30, and the DER Integration Group on August 6. September PLMA Training Series: (formerly Irwindale, Calif., now online). The training team is adapting the curriculum for a best-practices online presentation. The DR Market Fundamentals course is planned for Sept 15-16 and the DR Program Design and Implementation is planned for Sept. 22-23. News Coverage. The recent Load Management Dialogue webcast with National Grid is referenced in a Greentech news article at http://feeds.greentechmedia.com/~r/GreentechMedia/~3/gfhuxlwcxpM/bring-your-own-everything-programs-the-future-of-distributed-energy-integration.

Podcast Milestone. PLMA has published its 25th episode of the Load Management Dialogue webcast series with over 2,000 downloads achieved. Learn how to access the podcasts via your preferred platform at www.peakload.org/podcast.

Member Pass Expiration Extended. All unused PLMA member conference/training passes due to expire in calendar year 2020 will be automatically extended for use through the member's expiration date in 2021 when a member renews in 2020. This policy change is being made to offer consideration for how the pandemic has challenged travel planning. Member organizations are encouraged to share passes that had been intended for use to travel to Scottsdale in April with staff to participate in 42nd PLMA Conference in Baltimore in November. Member passes qualify for one in-person registration or two online registration passes for the fall conference or the DR Training Series to be presented online the week of Sept. 14. To find out if it's possible to attend the upcoming PLMA conference or training courses using a member pass, contact your organization's Board Member or At-Large Representative listed at www.peakload.org/plma-leadership or PLMA Member Services Director Tiger Adolf at [email protected]
