The Massachusetts Clean Peak Energy Standard is currently under development and will be designed to provide incentives to clean energy technologies that can supply electricity or reduce demand during seasonal peak demand periods established by DOER.

DOER is seeking responses to a set of questions intended to help with the development and design of the Clean Peak Energy Standard, which must be established pursuant to the enactment of Chapter 227 of the Acts of 2018. DOER requests that all responses to these questions be provided no later than 5:00 PM ET on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Responses should be directed to [email protected]. ​
