The Utility Load Management Exchange's (ULME's) mission is to promote load control as a viable option for utility deployments in demand reduction, economic dispatch, and/or T&D reliability through a forum for utility staff members to share information on program design, marketing, vendor management, benefit-costs and technology deployments. Utility Panel: Evolution, Benefits, and Risks of Utility Battery Programs
Moderated by Paul Wassink, National Grid with Renee Guillory, APS and Andre Gouin from Xcel Energy 

Join this panel will for a conversation about battery programs, where they came from and the benefits and risks of programs. The panel will touch on the APS Storage Rewards project which is a residential battery project targeting specific feeders, Xcel's Community Resiliency Initiative which included 7 microgrids; and National Grid's commercial and residential BYOB (battery not beer) programs with plenty of time for questions and audience discussion.
